At Meow and Paw, we are committed to delivering your premium cat products as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we manage and deliver your orders.

Processing & Handling Times

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods or high-demand sales, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Times

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders. Delivery timeframes vary based on the fulfilment location of each product and your delivery address:

  • Most locations: 3–10 business days after dispatch

  • WA and TAS: 7–15 business days after dispatch

  • NT: 10–15 business days after dispatch

Orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse or directly from our overseas warehouse, depending on product availability, product size, and fulfilment location. The estimated shipping time for each item is indicated on the product page.

Please note that shipping timeframes begin after the order has been dispatched. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as high shipping volumes, customs clearance procedures, courier processing times, or severe weather conditions.

Existing orders: If you placed an order with our previous Standard Shipping (6–7 week) option before 23 April 2026, your order is still being delivered according to the shipping terms in effect at the time of purchase. You'll continue to receive tracking updates as normal. Please contact us at support@meowandpaw.com if you have any questions about an existing order.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We currently only ship to mainland Australia.

Remote regions and islands are excluded due to high shipping costs. If you are unsure whether your location is eligible, please contact us prior to placing your order.

For orders weighing over 20kg, we are unable to deliver to parcel locker addresses. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout for these orders.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on most orders across Australia.

Shipping surcharges may apply in the following cases:

  • Remote or regional areas: Deliveries to certain remote postcodes (including parts of NT, WA, QLD, and SA) may incur an additional fee due to higher freight costs to service these locations.

  • Oversized or heavy items: Larger products such as cat towers may introduce an oversized handling surcharge, as these items require specialised freight.

To make this easy, each product page includes a shipping calculator. Simply enter your postcode to see an instant shipping estimate before adding the item to your cart. The final shipping cost will also be displayed at checkout before payment, so you will always see the total before confirming your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Refusals

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Meow and Paw is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you refuse delivery of your order or it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will not issue a refund or accept a return.

Refunds and Delivery Policy

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify, cancel, or intervene in the shipment process.

Refunds cannot be issued until the product has been successfully delivered to your address and returned to us in its original condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We accept secure payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please email us at support@meowandpaw.com or contact us immediately.

Meow and Paw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
