“One Order, On Us” International Cat Day Draw · Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
MEOW AND PAW PTY LTD (“the Promoter”), ABN 72 689 377 875, of 4 Remuera Street, Willoughby 2068.

2. Eligibility
Open to customers who place a qualifying order during the entry period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

3. Entry period
The promotion begins at 12:00am and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 8 August 2026 (International Cat Day).

4. How to enter
Every completed, paid order placed on meowandpaw.com during the entry period is automatically entered. No separate action or additional purchase is required. One entry is given per order, multiple orders mean multiple entries.

5. The prize
One (1) order placed during the entry period will be refunded in full. The refund covers the full amount paid for that order, including any shipping and taxes paid, with no cap. Only one prize will be awarded.

6. Draw
The winning order will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Saturday 8 August 2026.

7. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by email at the address on their order on Tuesday 11 August 2026.

8. Refund
The winning order will be refunded in full to the original payment method on Tuesday 11 August 2026. Please allow standard bank processing time for the funds to appear.

9. Returns & cancellations
If the winning order is cancelled or fully returned before the refund is processed, the Promoter may draw an alternative winner. The prize is a refund only; it cannot be exchanged for cash beyond the order value or transferred to another person.

10. Privacy
Entrant details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and are used only to run and fulfil this promotion.

11. General
The Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel this promotion where reasonably necessary. The Promoter’s decision on the draw is final. This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
